Change Newsletter Information

As a Facility Administrator (FA) user, you have the ability to edit some of the information that appears on the newsletter.

How to edit Newsletter settings

  1. Login in as a Facility Administrator

  2. Click Settings > Facility Settings on the left sidebar

  3. Enter information as necessary > Save Changes

The information you can edit includes:

  • Concierge Hours (appears on the cover page of the newsletter)

  • Letter from the Executive Director (article within the newsletter)

    • Director Name

    • Director Email

    • Director Phone

    • Director Photo

  • Staff Name and Titles (appears on the appears on the cover page of the newsletter)
