DS - Resident Spotlight

The resident spotlight slide is a custom-type slide. The user can select a resident name from the list and add text to the description area. If there is a resident profile photo loaded, it will be displayed on screen. If there is not a resident profile photo loaded, the title and text will be center-aligned on screen.
