DS - Welcome New Resident

The welcome new resident slide is a hybrid-type slide. The user can select a resident profile from the list and add text to the description area.

If there is a resident profile photo loaded, it will be displayed on screen. If there is not a resident profile photo loaded, the title, resident name and message will be center-aligned on screen.
