Edit Repeating Events

Here’s how to edit a repeating event or series of repeating events:

1. Hover your cursor over over the day of the event you want to edit

2. Click the orange + symbol

3. A small window will appear with the event details

4. Click the View Details button

5. You will land on the Event Details screen

6. On the right side of the page, you’ll see Edit and Delete buttons

7. Click the Edit button and you’ll see three options

   1. Just This Event

   2. This and Follow Events

   3. All Events in the Series

8. Make your edits and save the changes

Explanation of Editing Options

Just This Event

This option will only edit the event that you have selected. When you edit an occurrence of an event in a series, it separates the edited event from the repeating event chain.

For example:

1. create daily repeating event

2. edit using ‘Just This Event’ on Day 2, save changes. Your edits will only affect Day 2.

3. There are now two repeating event chains: Day 2 by itself, and Day 1 and Day 3, 4, 5…

4. if Day 1 or Day 3, 4, 5… are edited using the “All events in this series” option, Day 2 will not be affected

This and Following Events

This option will edit the event that you selected and all events in the series moving forward.

All Events in this Series

This option will edit all events that are in the series including events that may have already happened.
