Give Feedback

If you are experiencing issues with the myTeamChannel mobile app, we can assist you. The best place to start is by using the Give Feedback button:

1. Open the myTeamChannel mobile app on your phone

2. Tap the gear icon on the bottom right

3. Tap the Give Feedback button

4. A new email will appear on screen with some information about your device automatically added

5. Write a few sentences explaining your issue with the app

6. Tap Send

7. We will respond shortly after!
