Manage Locations

Generally speaking, the placement and location of the digital signage TVs are decided upon during the initial install. Each digital signage TV has a location assigned to it.

You can access the Manage TV Locations section here:

From the Edit TV Location screen, as a community staff user, you can edit a few attributes of the digital signage box:

  • TV Location Name (e.g. Dining Room, Theatre, Sunroom)

  • TV Model (e.g. Sony, LG, Samsung)

  • Box ID (e.g. 12-character “pairing code” that is assigned to each digital signage box)

Community Staff accounts are not configured to run diagnostic and reboot commands to digital signage. Many times a simple power cycle (i.e. remove power cord and plug back in) will fix the issue with the digital signage box.
