Overview: Survey Feature

The Survey Builder allows staff to publish survey questions in real time to resident TVs.

Create surveys quickly and easily with a few clicks from the Community Dashboard.

There is no limit to the number or frequency of surveys that you can publish.

Surveys are pushed to all resident TVs on the system. Residents can respond
immediately, dismiss, or ignore a survey.

Questions are served four times throughout the day, until answered or dismissed. If a
survey question is dismissed or ignored four times, that question will no longer be
served to the resident.
