Re-Send Family Member Invitation

Sometimes a family member invitation gets lost in the mail or is overlooked. You can re-send an invite as many times as you’d like.

Active Family Members can send and resend invites to family members using the OdessaConnect mobile app for families.

How to re-send a family member invitation:

1. Click Residents in the left sidebar then click on the resident the family member belongs to

2. Find the family member under the Invited Family Members section

3. Click the Resend button to the right of the family member’s name

4. The family member will receive another SMS at the phone number that is listed

5. You can resend the invitation as many times as you’d like
