What types of content can I send to Family Members?

Staff Members use the OdessaConnect website to send family messages to Family Members. As a staff member, you must have the proper system permissions to send Family Messages.

You can send several types of multimedia content to Family Members. Here are some examples of what the content looks like on the OdessaConnect Mobile App for Families.

Text-only message

This is a basic, text-only type message. This format is best for longer written messages. You can paste in a link to a website too.

Photo(s)

You can send up to 10 photos at a time to Family Members. This is a great way to share community events or photos of residents having fun.

Video Upload

You can upload pre-recorded videos on the website and send to them to family members. Family members can play the video from their mobile device or using our website.

YouTube Link

You can send YouTube Links directly to Family Members and they can watch it on their phone.
