Employee Not Appearing on Teams List or Schedule

If an employee is not appearing on the team member list within Odessa Teams, check your Oracle HCM and make sure their data is entered correctly.

If your community uses Oracle HCM for employee data, all employee information must be added within Oracle HCM. Odessa Teams automatically syncs with your Oracle HCM each evening and pulls the data in.

If the information within Oracle HCM is incorrect or incomplete, Odessa Teams doesn’t know where to map the information.

Please ensure all employee information with Oracle HCM is correct and up to date.
