Department Head (DH)

A Department Head is usually the supervisor of a department and is referred to as a 'DH'. Using OdessaConnect Teams, the DH builds and publishes the schedule and sends team messages. They can also approve or reject incoming shift requests like Open Shifts, Swap Shifts, and Giveaway Shifts.
