How to Claim an Open Shift

There are two apps on the Schedule screen on the mobile app. Tap on the Open Shifts tab, then find and tap the Open Shift that you want to claim. The Open Shift detail screen will appear.

Tap the Claim Shift button to submit a claim on the open shift. Tap Submit on the confirmation window that appears.

The status will change to Pending Admin Approval. Your Open Shift Claim is now awaiting review and approval/rejection from your supervisor.

How to cancel your Open Shift Claim

To cancel your open shift request, tap into the details of your Open Shift Request. Tap the Cancel Request button near the bottom of the screen. The status will change to Cancelled. If you change your mind, you can place a claim on the open shift again.

Note: One or more team members can place a claim on an open shift. The admin then chooses which person is best suited to claim the open shift.
