Open Shift - Summary

When your supervisor needs someone to fill a shift, they will create and publish an Open Shift. All eligible team members are notified.
A team member must be eligible to work the open shift. Two reasons an open shift may not appear for a team member:
The Team Member has an assigned shift with overlapping hours (time conflict)
The Team Member is not qualified to work the position (they are trained in Memory Way but not Assisted Living)
How to view Open Shifts
From the Schedule screen, tap the Open Shifts tab near the top right of the screen.
Scroll up and down to navigate.
Tap into an open shift to see more details.
If you are actively using the app when an Open Shift is published, you will see a green banner appear on screen. The feed will auto-refresh and display the new information.
If you are not actively using the myTeamChannel app when an Open Shift is published, you will receive a standard push notification.
