How to Set Sub-Departments

The Sub-departments feature is often used for the “Care” or “Resident Services” departments within a Senior Living community. These departments often have two disciplines within: Assisted Living and Memory Care (i.e. dementia and alzheimer’s disease).

How to set a Sub-Department

  1. Login to OdessaConnect for Teams as a Facility Administrator user or Department Head user

  2. Click Departments on the left sidebar

  3. Click the View button to the right of the Department name

  4. Scroll down past all of the listed team members to the bottom of the page. Click the teal colored button Add New Sub Department

  5. Add a Name, Sub Department Short Code, and Weekly Labor Hour Budget

  6. Click the orange Add Sub Department button to save changes

Click Departments then click View

Scroll down then click Add New Sub Department

Enter Name, Sub Department Short Code and Weekly Labor Hour Budget
