How to Switch from Community to Teams

Communities that are “Teams Only” cannot switch between Teams and OdessaConnect Community.

If your community has OdessaConnect for Teams and Oracle HCM integration, all users of the system start as a regular “Team Member”.

To manage modules like Dining, Events, Digital Signage, et al outside of Teams on the Community side, your permissions must be configured to do so.

If you are using an old version of Internet Explorer, the menu toggle may not appear. Please email hello@odessaconnect.tv if you experience this issue.

To switch between OdessaConnect Community and Teams:

Click the OdessaConnect logo on the top left. A drop down menu will appear.
If you are on the Teams side, click the teal ‘Community’ button to switch over
If you are on Community side, click the teal ‘Teams’ button to switch over
