As a staff user of OdessaConnect, you can send text-only messages to one, some, all or groups of residents using our web application.

How to send a message to all Resident TVs
When a staff member sends a message to a resident’s TV, this is how it appears on their TV screen.

Remember, residents can thumbs up your message but cannot respond with a voice message. Residents can only respond with a voice message to family member messages.
After 30 days, Messages, Videos and YouTube Links expire and are no longer viewable on the resident’s TV
