Resident Messages
As a staff user, you can send content to the resident’s TV screen. You can choose to send to one, some, all or groups of residents.
The groups you create in Resident Groups section will appear on the recipient list.
There are 4 types of content you can send to the TV:
Text-only message
Photo(s)
Video
YouTube Link

*The OK button on the orange remote control — typically reserved to give a thumbs up reaction — is used to play/stop video content. As a result, there is no way for a resident to react to your video or YouTube link with a thumbs up.
