Move Out Residents

If a resident is deceased or otherwise moves out of the community, use the Move Out button. Facility Administrator user types and users with Manage Resident Info permission can use this feature.

If a resident is still living in the community and you simply want to remove their TV box, use the Deactivate TV Box button. Click here to learn more about this option.

When you Move Out a resident, the following actions will occur:

  • If the resident is paired to a TV box, they will be unpaired from their TV box

  • Their TV Box will be deactivated

    • As a result, they will no longer be able to receive content (text, photos, videos) from Family Members or Staff.

  • They will no longer appear in community directory listings or appear on the birthday list

  • If they have a TTTV (Text-To-TV®) phone number, it will be released back to Twilio

  • They will be moved from the main residents list to a separate Moved Out list

To find and use the the Move Out button:

  1. click Residents on the left sidebar

  2. click into the Resident’s profile

  3. scroll down to the bottom of the page

  4. click the red Move Out Resident button

  5. Confirm your choice
