Team Member Activation Status

When a new team member is added to the system, an activation link must be sent. The team member will tap this link, create a password, and download the app. After they complete the short activation process, they are officially activated.

The recommended method for activation is SMS (text message). Email is available but not recommended.

There are three “states” for Team Member activation status

Active

A team member is considered “active” after they create a password for their account during the activation process. Click View to the right of the team member’s name to check their activation status. Verify the the Activation Sent = Active

If a team member is active, they cannot be sent another activation link.

Inactive - Invitation Sent

Inactive - Invitation Sent means the invitation link has been sent to the team member but the team member hasn’t completed the signup process.

If the first invitation you sent was lost or ignored, another invite can be sent to the team member.

Inactive - Invitation Not Sent (Not Invited)

Inactive - Invitation Not Sent means the invitation link has not been sent to the team member. You will also see this called Not Invited status. When team members first appear in the system (e.g. new hire) they will be in this state. Team Members must activate their account so they can begin viewing their schedule, participating in shift requests, and receiving team messages.
