The Family Messages feature in OdessaConnect brings all of the family members into one, easy-to-use, communication platform. With a few clicks of the mouse, you can send multiple types of content to All Family Members. Other systems like email distribution lists or MailChimp are challenging to setup and manage. They also deliver to email which has a very low open rate and engagement rate.

OdessaConnect delivers directly to the family member mobile app as a push notification or can be viewed by logging into our website. As a result, sending messages from the OdessaConnect platform leads to higher family engagement and more informed families.

Family Members can receive messages as long as they have a resident at the community. It’s important to sign up all Family Members to keep everyone in the loop.
